With the Data-Driven Innovation programme, the University aims to reinvent itself as an outward-looking, data-driven, and responsible institution. This talk will discuss some early experiences on this journey we have had as part of setting up the Bayes Centre and discuss major challenges and opportunities around this transformation.
Michael Rovatsos is a Reader (Associate Professor) at the School of Informatics and Director of the Bayes Centre. He has also recently been appointed Turing University Lead for the University of Edinburgh at the Alan Turing Institute.
